BECOMING CATHOLIC (RCIA)
The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) is a year-long process of formation and discernment for those interested in becoming Catholic. It is open to adults seeking baptism, those baptized in another Christian denomination, and those who were baptized in the Catholic Church but received no further Catholic formation. Program begins in September each year and meets weekly, culminating at the Easter Vigil.
ADULT CONFIRMATION
The Sacrament of Confirmation is the completion of Christian Initiation, equipping the disciple of Christ to "go out to all the world and proclaim the Good News." For Catholics who are baptized and received First Holy Communion as a child but not Confirmation, an 8-week program is offered each spring semester.
